Cottage a Pine Mountain Club

“Bedding poor quality. Pillows hard. Air conditioner loud.”

“Didn’t expect it to be nice as I don’t stay at Best Western. It being my only option, I gave it a try and at least this location is not a dirty run down place. It’s just a decent hotel. Not fancy but cheap, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nasty green and wasn’t usable while we stayed. However, that’s our only complaint. I’ll stick to a more high end hotel brand when I can but next time I’m in Taft, I’ll definitely book here...

“We absolutely loved it. ”

“Melina was an awesome and communicative host. This was our second time with our church college group and it just works so well for us.”

“It was okay. Convenient parking property fairly well maintained. Manager was friendly and helpful. The main thing was there was no cool/cold water temps in the sink or shower. The cold water tap was very very warm. This is an issue in all their rooms apparently in the summer with triple digit heat, the pipes get so hot that there’s no cold water.”

“The mattress was horrific! It was hard as a rock. By the show of cars there were only 4 or 5 in the parking lot, yet we were put in a room that was next to a room occupied by a woman and her crying baby. She even knocked on the door to ask if we had a light for her cigarette!”

“We rented for a large group and were very pleased with the accommodations. Our host was very communicative, check in was simple. We would definitely stay again. ”
