“When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement...

“It was absolutely perfect for my needs. A place to sleep and shower, close to Snow Canyon. The bed was comfortable, the space was clean. It has a Kuerig, small refrigerator, utensils, etc. I didn't run into the hosts, but would have been happy to meet them. I could hear the hosts, as the space is connected to their main home. I turned the AC unit on and it created a perfect white noise. This is definitely a safe, comfortable spot for solo female travelers (like me).”
