I have stayed at 2 condos before at the same complex that was absolutely outstanding(same price range). I totally agree with everything on the first review listed. It’s just sub parr and just a place to stay. Not sure who does the cleaning for this rental. But dishes were dirty, cabinets where the dishes go were dirty. We also came across 2 dead cockroaches on the ground when we first checked in, mold under soap holder in the main shower, toilet seat too loose that we had to tighten up. Old appliances. We didn’t even run dish washer. The seal around edge of washer didn’t look trustworthy. So we didn’t dare run it. Plus, all dishes were so dirty anyways. Hand washing the dishes only while we stayed. The oven only has 1 large burner on the cooktop. Disappointing that this condo didn’t face the golf course(photos made it seem like it did). The 2nd bath shower door was a wrestle and in bad shape. Don’t dare turn on the exhaust fans in either bathroom. Worst than a diesel truck for noise. The beds were not comfortable. I understand not having soap or shampoo in showers but there wasn’t even tissues offered. We had multiple times of difficulty getting into the front door. Even though we were given directions of how to manipulate the door handle if this happens. This was very frustrating. The rental company was extremely nice helping us and I do recommend them. They need to talk to property owner about upgrading this rental before renting again. Otherwise, reviews will continue sad
