The home is ideally situated only 0.5 miles from the Pinehurst Clubhouse, putting you just a short drive from everything Pinehurst has to offer. You’ll enjoy tranquil views of the water and natural surroundings, with Pinehurst Course No. 3 right at your doorstep. A large deck with a gas grill is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, an electric griddle, a blender, games, and YouTube TV for entertainment. Free WiFi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected. The finished garage features a ping pong table, providing hours of fun. Additionally, the home is stocked with a 10-cup CoffeeMate, perfect for getting your morning started.

This home is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the stay. A non-refundable pet fee applies (not included in the quoted price), and the maximum weight for dogs is 40 lbs. Holiday Stay

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course. We had difficulty with regulating the heat and found no instructions for how to set the thermostat. We would recommend the property manager setting the temperature at a normal setting to welcome guests. We also did not have a hairdryer in the rental. This seems like a basic necessity for guests.

Good location and easy stay

Overall, I would definitely book this property again. It was spacious, easy to access, and generally clean. We did have an issue with moldy dishes left in the dishwasher from a prior guest, but when I submitted a maintenance request the property manager promptly called me. I will say the refundable property damage deposit is particularly steep in my experience for Vrbo, and I am still waiting to get that deposit back several days after my stay. But generally, we had a good experience.
