I almost wanted to give a poor rating so this gem would be available when I want to return. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a pillow top mattress that felt like a hug. The location on the 3rd hole green on course #3 was so much fun to watch. I could sit for hours on the deck watching golfers! It was peaceful and quiet in the area and an easy drive to all things Pinehurst. The coffee bar set up was great even though I don’t drink coffee it was impressive. The shower was big with great water pressure!. Everything was clean with lots of extra supplies readily available if needed! Definitely a place to keep on your radar!

This is a studio, and right off the 2nd green of Course #3. The shower is amazing and bathroom great. You have a little deck where you can sit and watch people play that green. There is quality cable TV on a Smart TV so that works for all sizes. Bed is soft and comfy. This fit my bill.

The condo space is fine, good proximity to Pinehurst Resort and the host was very responsive. The problem was a very strong smell of old smoke. It gave me an immediate headache when I arrived and I had to air the room out. The host offered to send a cleaning crew when I arrived, but I didn't think it would help.After I returned from dinner, the area needed to be aired out for about an hour before I felt comfortable enough to sleep. The top blanket had not been washed and along with the pillows, it really held the smoke smell. Also, the wifi wasn't working, so the host had to come over the next day to figure out the issue. Unfortunately, I could not bear the smell again and did not stay there for my second night. Maybe changing out the air filter, pillows and linens would be beneficial for future guests.
