Shady Hill Lodge Fully fenced yard. Dog Friendly

Shady Hill Lodge is perfectly named. 3 bedroom 2 1/2-bathroom home also has a loft with a balcony off the loft. There is a great front and back porch to enjoy the shade and the pine trees. This home has a pool table and foosball table for many hours of fun with family and friends. Dogs are welcome and will enjoy the full fenced back yard. Not only is the home great but Shady Hill Lodge is located in a great location in Pinetop. You are in the heart of Pinetop and within a mile of Woodland Lake.

PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.

Great getaway from the heat. Home was beautiful and exactly as described. Plenty of room and my dog loved the backyard!

The property has been "lived in" and not maintained well. Everything was dirty, stained and smelly. Outdoor furniture was also filthy afraid to sit on. Couch was stained and nasty. I washed and cleaned EVERYTHING I could. The backyard a fire hazard and dog poop and pine cones everywhere. Nothing good about this property other than space and location. The owners need to put some love and money in this space!! Would not recommend

Enjoyed our recent stay. The home was spacious and in a great location - 3 minute drive to Woodland lake Park - definitely recommend visiting this Pinetop gem. Had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, the master bed was comfy - there were only 2 of us but this would be a great home for a larger family group with the guest bedrooms/bath upstairs. Enjoyed the pool table upstairs as well. Owner great and easy to contact.

This property is located in a lovely neighborhood with friendly folks to meet during your morning walk. My favorite spot was the second floor covered porch, which puts you up in the ponderosa pines looking at Arizona blue skies with a few puffy clouds. I did yoga several early mornings on this porch, which was so relaxing! . It rained a couple of times during our stay with the upper porch also being a great place to savour the moisture. The beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure/temp. Location is convenient to Show Low as well as activities in Pinetop-Lakeside. We mountain biked several days of our stay. It was a great trip. The air conditioning system is a little loud, requiring adjustment of TV volume (minor annoyance). I would stay at this property again!

This cabin was perfect for our needs. Great location too. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were so soft! The home had everything we would need, except TV's in the bedroom. Very clean. Well maintained. The pool table was a huge hit for the teen boys!
