Welcome to our retreat, a cozy one-bedroom loft cabin nestled in Pineville’s serene wilderness. Designed to comfortably host up to four guests, this rustic yet modern escape offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

Guests have unrestricted access to our property, its ample amenities, and sprawling 2-acre landscape. Utilize the smart lock system for a seamless check-in process, secure digital code. Our Retreat boasts ample free parking on the premises, providing safe accommodation for your vehicles.



Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you will be met with the seclusion of nature, but still just be a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. Removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista & Bentonville.



-20 minutes to Elk River floating access

- 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems

- 10 minutes to Back 40 trails

- 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville and the amazing restaurant scene there.



Our home is an isolated getaway, so a personal vehicle is a must.



🥚 Egg Collection: You're welcome to collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop using the code 32-10-16. Eggs are available in the basket on the backside of the coop. Please note, however, that egg production is not guaranteed and is beyond our control.

🐾 Pet Policy: Up to two housebroken dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per pet. Please ensure pets are supervised and well-behaved during your stay.

🔥 Firewood: Guests must bring their own firewood for the mini wood-burning stove or outdoor fire pit.

☕ Starter Supplies: We provide enough essentials, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee, to last a few days. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter pack.

🛋️ Sleeping Arrangements: In addition to the queen bed in the loft, the living room couch folds out into a second queen bed for extra sleeping space.

📶 Wi-Fi Speed: While the cabin offers high-speed Wi-Fi, we recommend downloading any large files or streaming content in advance if you're planning on heavy usage, as the rural location may occasionally affect connectivity.

🌲 Outdoor Adventures: The cabin is located in a peaceful, wooded area, so you may encounter wildlife. Please be mindful and keep the doors closed to prevent critters from entering.

🕒 Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please lock the door using the smart lock when you leave.

🚗 Parking: Free parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles.



1. This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Should you smoke inside, we will have to charge you for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000.



2. In order to comply with local ordinances and to be good neighbors, parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged with us.



3. When approved in advance, we warmly welcome up to two housebroken dogs with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay due to extra cleaning needs. Dogs must be crated when left alone and must be kept off the furniture.



4. All guests must be registered. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay.



5. In order to cover the additional fee we must pay our cleaners, late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If you're more than 90 minutes late, we’ll have to charge the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night. However, this doesn't give you the right to remain on the property for the subsequent night.



6. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes. If you do, we will charge you for replacing them.



Please note that, in order to protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware that as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our guest portal, and, in rare cases, provide a small security deposit. Your check-in instructions will not be sent until you have successfully completed the guest portal.
