"Room was clean, breakfast was fine. The staff upon check in ignored us, the printer was out of paper and the two workers could not figure out why the computer couldn’t print. One of the women finally said oh we need paper. The entire time neither of the women acknowledged us. It was about 5-7 minutes ..."
