La Mylardière - PINEY - Gîte

At the foot of the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, in a village where you’ll find all the amenities you need (bar, tobacco shop, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer field), come stay in this renovated house with an enclosed garden located on the village’s busy main road... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: hiking, swimming, beaches, restaurants, pedal boats, water sports (jet skis, license-free boats), golf, fishing, tree-top adventure courses, skydiving, and numerous bike paths to explore around the lakes. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (shower, double sink), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you’ll find a mezzanine with a reading nook (armchair + books) and a play area (foosball table / toys), as well as two bedrooms, each with two 90x190 beds (which can be pushed together to form double beds). Outside: a large enclosed courtyard with space to park several vehicles, a patio with outdoor furniture and awning shades, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a garage. To make your stay more convenient, the beds will be made upon your arrival, linens are provided (dish towels/hand towels), and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Heating and electricity are charged as an extra from October 1 through April 1. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Additional baby gear available upon request (stroller, baby swing, etc.)
