“Our room was not clean. Dirty floors and dusty everywhere. Bed was clean though. Soap dispensers were broken, no toilet paper and no wash cloths. Property was very run down. Would not stay here again”

“Don't count on the pool or hot tub.... We had to stay unexpectedly in Kamloops overnight. The silver lining was the pool for thr kids and the hot tub for me. After dinner I got the kids ready and we went down to swim. The door was open so we went in and turned on the light. The hot tub was empty! “The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.”
