“Rooms were clean, bedding comfortable, high thread count, tv was a little small for such an expensive hotel. I wish I’d booked the Marriott right next door as it has a complimentary breakfast. It is equally as nice and I have stayed multiple times at both. ”

“I am not fussy about a room but if the bed is bad that’s a deal breaker for me! The bed was terrible and the sink and tub drains were slow to drain and the towels were so thin and worn. The breakfast was good and it was a good location but we won’t be staying there again.”

“The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. I would give him 5 stars. Said would give us a room that would be comfortable and quiet. Then while walking to the room another worker tried to move us to another room, very strange. We kept the original room. The pool and spa were ok. Got noisy later on but after 10 pm it was quiet. The room needs to be updated. Carpet and walls, beds weren’t very appealing. The towels in the room definitely need to get NEW ONES!! ”

“We have a service dog. The room we were in was convenient for both the dog and the senior citizens who travel with her. The room looked clean, but smelled awful. I think that it needed mopped and freshened after the last dogs were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good and overall the property was in fairly good condition. The bed and pillows weren't great, but I had worse.”
