Hotel vicino a Pioneer Park - Santa Rosa

“Property was clean. Decent breakfast but on one of the days supplies ran out (e.g almond milk was over, some of the toppings for oat meal were over and they didn't refill). Slight noise from freeway in early mornings - probably an issue for light sleepers. They had a couple of spots for charging your EV, which I thought was nice. Overall good stay, scope to improve a few things, probably will visit again if I come to this place.”

“The room was not ready until 4:40, well past the 3 pm check in time. The breakfast area is too small and there are not enough options. There was parking near the room and the room was clean.”

“The room itself was great. The staff was great, but on the Expedia website it showed the room came with a refrigerator and microwave, but it didn’t. ☹️”

“The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC.”

“The property is fabulous and the staff could not be nicer. The only downside is the noise. It is located on the square and there was large groups and activities with band on stages that you can definitely hear well. After the concert we had blowers and clean up people until 230 am and to top off the noise the trash truck shows up at 530. Great hotel and staff just bring good ear plugs”

“Note: Call hotel immediately after booking as you are not guaranteed the room selected on Expedia. Travel back in time. Lovely hotel. Room was cozy, comfortable bed, nicely decorated. Clean, well stocked with towels and ammenities. Centralized to dining and shopping area. Town closes early, stock up on snacks or drinks to be kept in room. Staff is sooo lovely. Friendly and accommodating. Especially Tanya. Sooo charming I will definitely stay again.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....

“I gave this 5 stars, though not like 5 stars for a Ritz Carlton. But for a quick over nite or two, this little motel was great. Very clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 2 small dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and I’m like the Princess-and the-Pea! The pool area looked lovely but we did not have time to enjoy that. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced accommodation in the area.”
