“The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”

“While booking this hotel, it says "breakfast is included". They hardly provide anything for breakfast and the room was noisy.”

“My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. ”

“We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.”

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. No complaints or concerns very clean and staff was very polite... my only suggestion is that they should change up the breakfast options. Like maybe some bacon instead of the sausage or have both.”

“Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it”

“Never came to clean our room in a 5 nights stay, bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. Room tv didnt work. Empty box of tissues in room, spider in toilet with a whole web. No bathroom towels. No sponge or dish soap for kitchen utensils. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Terrible stay my family of 6 couldn't wait to leave. ”
