"My husband didn't like the room I booked so he asked the reception if we can transfer to the one by the pool for easier access. They let us transfer to a new room we want and we were expecting extra charge but I don't think we got charged extra so that was good."

"Breakfast was very underwhelming, even compared to other hotels continental breakfast. No alarm clock in the room I was assigned.
