La chambre supérieure, confortable et dotée d'un balcon (avec une table et 2 fauteuils) offre une vue superbe sur les escarpements spectaculaires du Collsacabra (tout comme l'hôtel dans son ensemble d'ailleurs). “Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging ”

“We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year”

“Angelats hotel fue el lugar perfecto para lo que estábamos buscando: tranquilidad, aire fresco de montaña y naturaleza. Tienen un buen restaurante.El desayuno era ideal y el café perfecto. Es una casa antigua y rústica,pero bastante cómoda.
No hay ascensor para subir con maletas pesadas. El Wifi no funciona en las habitaciones. Los anfitriones son muy amables ”

The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. “El hotel es muy acogedor y te hacen sentir como en casa. La única pega fue que reserve una habitación que según las indicaciones de hoteles.com era con bañera de hidromasaje y resultó ser que tenía la información mal en la web. No he podido reclamar en ningun telefono, ya que solo tienen un agente virtual y cuando introduzco el código de confirmación de la reserva me dice que no tienen ningún dato. Increíble, verdad?
Si vais a reservar, hablar directamente con el hotel antes de hacer ninguna la...
