Hotel a Pirozali

“I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! They were saying 'Saheb Bari resort' had cancelled their contract with Expedia and are not accountable to receive or entertain us. You may understand...

“Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses.”
