THE LOCATION

The protected sandy beach of the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Natural Park is located directly in front of the building and is freely accessible at all times via a private gate. Both public and private beach facilities are available during summer months. Off-season, the beach remains open and natural, ideal for walks, sunsets, and quiet moments by the sea.

Across the street is located a supermarket open year-round, plus restaurants and shops opening seasonally.
 A wider selection of services can be found within a short drive anytime.

SWIMMING POOL (Optional – Extra Fee)

From June to mid-September, guests may access a shared pool area located at the back of the building, complete with bar and bistro.

A PLACE WITH HISTORY!

The building, recognizable by its distinctive airplane-shaped structure facing the sea, dates back to the 1930s and was originally built as a summer residence for children of the Italian Air Force. In the early 2000s, it was carefully renovated into an exclusive beachfront residential complex, preserving its original architectural character.

Film enthusiasts may appreciate knowing that scenes from The English Patient were filmed right here!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story historic building.
During summer, some ambient noise from nearby beach establishments may occasionally be heard. Outside the summer season, the area is very quiet.
