We choose the NH brand because of other good experiences I had in other cities and also from some good review of friends. Despite everything and the good location of the hotel, that was the only good part of it. We booked the Tripla Standard room, it was big as so the bathroom, but old and badly decorated (room 106). Old finishes, not enough plugs and the only light switch was at the entrance of the room and made a buzz sound when turned on/off. When we arrived the ac was week but working, at some point in the middle of the night (2:30am) it stopped working and the room started to be really hot and then the nightmare started. We had a horrible customer service and no help from the night host, who said that it was not his problem, that there were no maintance, that all the rooms were full and even suggested with a ironic tone, that if we wanted we could book another hotel (at 3am). After a long time complaining he gave us a key to another room, with only one bed and suggested one of us to sleep on the hot room. Summing up, we had to sleep in the first room, with the windows open, on the first floor, right on the corner of the most noisy street, with mosquitoes and bugs, the fear of someone entering the room and the heat (my chocolate melted). Breakfast was poor, eggs were grey and dry, but at least they were respecting the social distancing guides. Not coming back to this NH and not going to recommend it to anyone anymore.
