“Lovely cabin in the trees with relaxing balcony patio. Convenient to Brevard and Mountain Song festival. I’d give 5 stars but there were a couple of housekeeping issues… some dirty dishes in dishwasher, hand soap in bathroom watered down or stretched with cheap soap. Even so… I’d totally recommend this Pilot Cove. ”

“We had an amazing time!!!!! The house is perfect for entertaining. It even has a pizza oven in the outdoor fire area! We loved playing darts while having a fire at night. The beds were very soft. For some who prefer a harder bed that might be a problem. The house is situated in a neighborhood but a quiet part of the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful property and cabin. Just relaxation and the beauty of nature upon the rolling hills. The wildlife was spectacular with white squirrels. The horses were friendly and liked their head rubbed. Fabulous!”

“If you love history and nostalgic places, this is your Inn. The new owners are in the process of restoring the Inn so expect some imperfections. Since the original inn had communal bathrooms when rooms were converted to en-suites, the bathrooms are small. The rooms are large and comfortable. The is no AC but as it sits on Balsam Mountain there is no need. The porch is huge with rocking chairs to enjoy the view and just relax. The weekend breakfast buffet is tasty and substantial.
