“The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, but the employees fixing the breakfast made it better. The cleaning staff were friendly and wanting to make sure we had everything. And the staff at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I think your staff both for breakfast cleaning and front desk were the exceptional part that made this day so much better. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Canton. One side is for smokers. The other side is not. I stayed at the side that was non-smoking it was clean. It smelled good. It looked like it was newly remodeled, and the beds were phenomenal everyone at the desk was pleasant. I didn’t really eat the breakfast. It was a true continental nothing special but I will definitely stay there again.”

“THE ONLY ISSUE WAS SELF MADE. I THOUGHT SINCE IT SAID " BILTMORE WEST" IT WAS CLOSE TO BILTMORE LOL BUT THAT WASN'T TRUE. THE STAFF WAS VERY SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL. ”
