The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “A big place for one person or two. Impressive kitchen & bathroom. Roomy and well appointed. Has a dineing table for two since it was not created for large parties. If you want to cook the kitchen will serve you well. One can see the care taken in the choice of fixtures & appliances used in the location. Yes, the wooden stairs are steep and could use a bit more light.”

“Loved this cozy space. Enjoyed morning coffee in the Adirondack chair. Loved there was a hammock…wished our timing would’ve allowed a nap there! Only thing that would have made it better was if bicycle flat had been repaired before we arrived. It’s fixed now so both bikes are ready for next guests!!”

“Fantastic location in SLO! The property is exactly as described, with tons of parking. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are numerous places to eat and drink nearby, and downtown is only a 10-to 15-minute walk away, all on flat terrain. The studio has everything you would need. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and their guidebook answered any questions you would have. Would look to booking this place again when back in SLO. ”
