“We are really glad to have stayed at this place! Our family of 13 found the condo to have everything that we needed. The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. My parents stayed in the casita and we set up the smaller bedroom as our nursery, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and room. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of amenities and a great location close to the beach. The check-in process was very easy, communication was great throughout and the house was very clean. “Place was very acceptable. Here are some suggestions for consideration. There were no face tissue in unit, refrigerator noisy for those sleeping on pull out couch, need to ask on reservations about ADA considerations, need hold bar in shower and parking very difficult! Thank you”

“Specious property, well appointed with comfortable amenaties. On the whole, everything was clean. The carpets were dirty on both sets of stairs, with visable stains. The pots and pans were stratched with loose handles. The property management company responded fairly quicktly to replace them. Great for families and multiple people”

“Nice property. Easy checkin and check out. Couch and sheets in Master smelt a little and the blinds were held on by tape. A couple fell down. No counter or cabinet in bathrooms to put things.”

“Upon arriving at the property, we were impressed with how close it was to the beach and downtown Pismo. Everything was within a quick walk and there was a great view of the ocean from the top patio area. The garage was able to accommodate two cars making parking stress-free. The condo was clean, well decorated, and had all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The check-in and check-out process were easy and we had a great time exploring SLO and relaxing at the condo!”

“The condo was clean and well decorated. The location can’t be beat. Once we parked, we didn’t get back in the car for 4 days. You can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go. It was a bit chilly but the direct access to the beach was awesome. Only bummer was that the gas ran out in the outdoor fire table. Overall I would highly recommend!”
