“Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! Enjoyed the beach front location, use of beach chairs and towels, and the private Hot tub on our balcony! The staff were so friendly and the ocean view, 3rd floor, restaurant was delicious (although pricey). Shops and other food joints were within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!”

“Front desk person was not friendly when we arrived. Requested early check-in, which seemed to annoy her even though I explained I know I’m early and it’s not automatic. She said she would call when room was ready and of course I waited till 330 showed up to ask if it was ready and they said they called me but they never did. Also, I upgraded to a water View room luckily we did not bring our dog because when I finally checked in, they said no dogs allowed and there was only one room left...

“We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...
