“It is an older hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell it was recently renovated. Nice new flooring, furniture, and remodeled bathroom. The floor was a little uneven around the bed, but didn’t interfere with the function of the bed. The rooms are cozy and the property is pet friendly. Great location and within walking distance to all the restaurants and point of interest in Pismo Beach. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Le camere sono molto belle e pulite, la cucina ben attrezzata. La posizione eccellente. Il processo di check-in però è poco customer oriented. Non c’è personale ed eventuali necessità devono essere gestite mediante chiamata da un display ad un assistente remoto. Il funzionamento della comunicazione non era buono, il volume estremamente basso e l’interlocuzione difficile. Il processo andrebbe migliorato perché in caso di necessità il cliente non è ben seguito.

Pool and pool area at the property is VERY small. We chose the hotel for the pool and location to relax for a few days. Couldn’t get a space at the pool on either of the two days we were there.

“This was such a perfect spot and a beautifully updated little 7 room hotel. It was a block from the pier with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and the price was so affordable for such a great spot! Ray, the manager, was super nice to talk to and let us know more than once that if there was anything we needed to just call him. We would definitely stay again!”

“No ice machine, coffee maker, and ac hardly worked and kept shutting off. Floors were really dirty, black mold in bathrooms. The beds were nice, but it was hard to sleep because the blinds and shutters were broken. Really needs an update. I paid almost 500 for 1 night, they shouldn't charge that much for such a rundown place even in the summer! Pool was empty.”

Peccato per la fiscalità del bar che avrebbe dovuto offrirci un cocktail di benvenuto fino alle 21.30. Siamo arrivati dal viaggio alle 21.32 e non ci hanno offerto nulla.
