Cottage a Pitrufquen

“When I arrived at the property, the property managers overbooked the hostel (I was never given an official reason but the attendant said they could not find my reservation number at check-in) and I was forced to go to another hostel further away and with worse amenities. Before I was moved, I was also forced to pay a fee (they didn't tell me what it was for after I asked) that was more than double of the amount Expedia said I would be paying at check-in. With this in mind, I can not recommend...

“Everything was great except breakfast… it’s NOT buffet! They give you a small eggs portion and you can’t request a second one…”

“We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again”
