“The staff was absolutely amazing. I love this specific chain of hotels because it is such a nice experience with children to have the breakfast and the kickback. Anytime I travel I’m always looking for a Drury Inn.”

“The hotel is clearly newly renovated but management seems to be lacking. In all rooms, the only coffee available is decaf and when we asked for regular coffee at the front desk we were told they only have decaf in the entire hotel. In addition, on a holiday weekend the restaurant/bar area was closed. The hotel is nice and overall clean but it’s clear even the employees discouraged by poor management. It’s sad because it could be a very nice place to stay but we would not choose the courtyard...

“The property is certainly outdated HOWEVER, i was very pleased with the cleanliness of everything and the staff were very attentive. They coordinated the airport/hotel transfer for us. For what we paid this hotel was just fine.”

“This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!”

“Clean, shuttle worked. Stayed three nights in a group of 6 rooms. Staff helpful especially Morgan. Renovation of the lobby occurred while there but no problems. Sold cheap stay with amenities in walking distance or delivery.”

“Nice hotel in good location for shopping. Actually I was there for business since my office is nearby the airport. Nice gym. Breakfast acceptable. Had problems for 2 nights with noise heater. Finally hotel not so bad but certainly not excellent. ”
