“There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not a walking distance. Hotel is nice and rooms are reasonable. Room service works until midnight, which is nice. Only issue is there’s a lot of walking from the shuttle to the room, and they don’t have a bellboy to help you with the luggage”

“Everything was good except the breakfast options. Selected this hotel for convenient location and breakfast included with stay. We broke our two day journey in Pittsburgh. To our disappointment the eggs had ham mixed in them. There were other options for guests who eat pork/bacon etc. There were no boiled eggs or other egg options. The staff attending the breakfast area was rude. Don't plan on staying here again. There is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.”
