About this space
Single family home with private yard & patios in a residential neighborhood, situated atop the mountain overlooking the city. Less than 1 block from the best overlook in the city (always ranked one of the best views in the country) + easily accessible to the Monongahela & Duquesne inclines.
Quiet but tourist neighborhood offers an array of restaurants, breakfast cafe within walking distance, and parks/trails. Minutes drive time to football/baseball/hockey stadiums, museums and universities.
The space
Space includes:
- 3 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
- 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds + 2 twin beds
- Fully-equipped kitchen space including dishwasher & breakfast bar

Nice neighborhood! The home was very clean and comfortable. Great location... minutes away from Station Square and the Strip District! Beautiful views of the city from Grandview Ave, minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Few steps away from the most beautiful view of Pittsburgh.

Pros: Great location Updated appliances Super easy check in Some extra toiletries provided if you have forgotten Fairly easy street parking Close to downtown and Interstates Bedroom located on 1st floor Plenty of space for guests to sleep Fans provided for upstairs bedrooms, as I'm sure the a/c can't reach that high Cons: --SUPER SMALL bathroom in 1st floor bedroom as in, you can't sit on the toilet without hitting the sink, and I'm short. --Mold in upstairs bathroom shower & mold in shower stall in the first floor bathroom (I cleaned it the best I could with what I had, just so it would smell a little better) --Dried urine puddle on the side of the toilet base, only found it because I kept dropping my stuff because it was so small of a space -- Didn't look like it was really thoroughly cleaned before we arrived --Living room furniture, not comfortable at all to collapse into after a long day of walking around the city, and only one TV in the living room and one bedroom upstairs had a TV. So, couldn't even escape to the bed to get comfortable while watching All in all, we had a fantastic trip, but if you have any questions or need to contact someone, chances are you won't get a response quickly. I alerted the property manager through VRBO that there was trash in one of the bedrooms upstairs when we got there and mold in the bathrooms, and she messaged me back 3 days later and thanked me for alerting her. Not sure I would stay there again, but it was OK for us. ,
