Incredible view! Great host who was very responsive. The house decorations had a cool vibe. Only one fyi, not necessarily a negative but there are scenic overlooks directly across the street. This created a small parking issue during the day. also, there were a lot of loud cars and motorcycles driving up and down the street but I only noticed it one night. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent view of downtown Pittsburgh

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we’ll stay here again! We absolutely love the location, the view and the house itself. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

Weekend Away

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Loved the balcony and were able to sit outside and watch fireworks from the baseball stadium. Easy parking and walking distance to alot of shops and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect Pittsburgh Host

We really can’t say enough great things about this property and the host. Everything from the location, cleanliness, comfort to the unparalleled view. It truly is the perfect place for us to celebrate our son‘s graduation from Pitt. My only regret is that I did not know about it four years ago. However, I know we will be back because it makes visiting Pittsburgh even better!

Terrific location and view

We had a really nice stay at this apartment. It offers a wonderful view of the Pittsburgh skyline and river. Easy on street parking. Property offers good access to nearby restaurants, museums, etc.

Family Weekend

The ultimate view

My family absolutely loved staying at this property. You could tell that a lot of dedication and attention to detail went into making this a place anyone would want to book again. I never had to fret over anything and was in contact several times with the owner. Lets talk about the view from the balcony...Spectacular! Overlooking the city from atop the mountain was well beyond words. The location is close to the Monongahela incline with easy access to Station Square and eating. I most certainly will be booking this property again!

Fantastic view

My husband, myself & our teen son were in Pittsburgh for the weekend for a college visit. We loved this location. The view was fantastic, there were walkable restaurants & a very short walk to the incline. The place was big, clean and very nicely decorated. We will stay there again!

Work trip with a view

Work trip in the area but nice to unwind in the evening on this balcony with a view! It was just as described - easy check in and quick response to questions. Highly recommend for business or pleasure!

Amazing view for College Tours

Two nights with teen daughter in great location overlooking the city. Wasn’t fully ready for all the hills and steps, including all the steps to get into the home. But once inside, it was so cute and clean. Beds were comfy and the view was truly worth getting out of breath 😁.

Ultimate Pittsburgh Experience!

Amazing 270 degree views of Pittsburgh downtown, South Side and North Shore from front deck, living room and primary bedroom. You could (almost) watch a concert or Steelers game from here! Bright, spacious and modernized 2 story condo in an historic Mt Washington classic home. Walkable lovely community - great neighborhoods of restaurants and taverns of all price points, with easy "Mon Incline" access to downtown South Carson area or a quick 8-minute drive or Uber and lots of neighborhood trails and parks. Host Milo was incredible and very responsive to my smallest questions. The 2nd bedroom - not pictured- was lovely, cozy with a large desk and corner closet and a cute between the eaves window. Thoughtful details throughout; well-equipped modern kitchen with upscale Frigidaire appliances ( & gas stove !) and quartz gathering island large enough for our party of 4. Great for a family gathering to attend Pitt Graduation. Only regret is that I hadn't found this property to rent sooner! Highly recommended.

Unbelievable location and unbeatable experience for family visit

Long story short: we will stay here again! The local branches of the family were blown away by the pictures I took from the balcony - picture-postcard-perfect, especially the night shots. We watched a marriage proposal, prom photos, graduation photos, and an endless parade of people going up and down Grandview, even in the cold. Yes, we sat out there when it was 50 degrees because how could you not when the view is that amazing? The apartment met our needs perfectly - two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and space to read. The kitchen was equipped well enough and was perfect for cooking breakfast every day, and my husband was thrilled to find a French press in addition to the standard coffee maker. The pictures of the unit are accurate and appropriately convey all furnishings. It was nice to have some cleaning supplies as well to be able to keep the kitchen clean after cooking and eating. The only downside was that the interior stairs to the bedroom level were a little steep, but that is to be expected in a house of this age in Pittsburgh. We found the railings adequate to be able to go up and down the stairs safely - although my 84 year old father-in-law took them slowly, he did go up and down several times a day. Milo was very responsive to my emails both before and during our trip. All in all, it was a great find and we are happy to have taken advantage of the apartment for our 5 day trip.
