Welcome to our charming French Country Style Home, where you can stay as your private Boutique Hotel. Set against the backdrop of the vibrant City of Pittsburgh, nestled in a convenient location at the center of North Shore, an ideal getaway for both relaxation and exploration.

- 4 mins drive / 15 mins walk to PNC Park stadium
- 5 mins drive/ 20 mins walk to Heinz Field stadium
- 5 minutes drive to Pittsburgh City Center, Point State Park, Convention Center, and the Strip District.
- 4 mins drive / 10 mins walk to Pittsburgh Children's museum and National Aviary museum.

The home contains 4 stories space and there's no bedroom on the first floor. There's a half bathroom on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath on the 2nd floor, and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath on the 3rd floor. Top floor is a lounge area with a half bath and a sleeper sofa.

Great space for a group of friends. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms so you aren’t on top of one another and waiting for access to a shower, bathroom, etc. Good community spaces to play cards or games or hang out. Lots of TVs. The condo was well-stocked. Hot tub was a nice bonus and about 10-12 separate hot tubs towels provided. Conveniently located. Could walk to Acrisure stadium (or PNC Park) or Strip District. We were there for a long weekend for a Pitt game and walked most places. Would definitely stay there again!

We had 10 of us in town for a Steeler weekend. Plenty of room for all of us and we could easily walk to the Strip District and the Stadium. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Really excellent property, perfect for family to stay for wedding at the Aviary. The host was very responsive. The property was very clean and we loved all the bathrooms,great for getting ready. View from the balcony beautiful and we enjoyed playing Pac Man!

The house was perfect for our guys trip to see the Steelers Home Opener. Great location and an easy walk to anywhere you would be interested in visiting.Plenty of room for 7 guys aged 50 and up.Communication was great, house was well cared for, easy check in and check out.I highly recommend.

Excellent property in a great location. Multiple bedrooms great for a larger group. Well equipped kitchen and with everything you need. Very comfortable. Lots of attractions within walking distance, including museums, funicular and PNC ballpark. Free on street parking after registration of license plate, and there was always space available.

Great House

Property was large enough to accommodate my group and nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and arcade machine. Within walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants and PNC Park. Great view from the top floor balcony - able to see fireworks set off at PNC Park. Would stay here again.

Old Guys Baseball Trip

This property is very well maintained, spotless clean with great amenities. We particularly liked the fact that there were so many spacious bedrooms and full baths. The 4th floor game room with balcony was a bonus, although I recommend that you add a TV to that room . It was very convenient for our group as we were in town to attend 2 ball games at PNC park, just 1 mile away. Our only concern was the neighborhood. There were not a lot of people out during the day or night, and we were told by an uber driver not to walk home from the ball park at night. We did not however see or hear anything that gave us cause for concern.

Perfect!

We were in town for a guys weekend of hockey and music. Perfect location within 2 blocks of Ohio St with great food and drinks as well as a short walk to Penn Brewery. Easy cheap Lyfts to the stadium. The home? Perfect. We all thought that perhaps we were the first to stay there as everything was in such great condition. The owner was beyond helpful in communication! Will stay there next time in the Burgh!
