Welcome to this beautiful three bedroom home in Mount Washington!

You have complete access to the entire home, garage, driveway and fully fenced patio with gas grill!



Enter through the front door and proceed up the stairs to the bright and airy living space, large dining room and updated kitchen!

On this level you also have a coat closet and half bath.



Proceed up to the third level where you have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms



-The primary suite has a queen bed, a walk in closet and smart TV. It also has an ensuite bathroom with large double vanity. In the closet you`ll find a pack and play for your use!

-The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet and smart TV.

-The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, a closet and dresser.



The 2nd full bathroom is at the top of the stairs.



The whole home, private patio, garage and driveway.



Mount Washington, located on the south side of Pittsburgh, is known for it’s breathtaking views of the Pittsburgh skyline and it’s inclines. The Duquesne and Monongahela (the oldest continuous inclines operating in the world), Mount Washington is one of the most popular gathering places for Pittsburghers and visitors alike.



-10 minute walk to the Grandview Overlook, the best spot to see all of Pittsburgh!

-11 minute walk to the Monongahela Incline at Upper Station, a must do experience!

-12 minute walk to Shiloh Street shops, restaurants and bars!

-10 minute drive to the Acrisure Stadium to see the Steelers (or tons of concerts or shows!

-12 minute drive to the PPG Paints Arena to check out the Penguins



We are close to it all!



We provide garage and driveway parking, you can easily fit two cars. Street parking is also available if needed.

The garage is standard, any oversized vehicles can fit in the driveway.

Mt Washington Fun!

Family vacation in the Mt Washington area of Pittsburgh. Great location...a must stay for first-time Pittsburgh visitors...hills, hills and more hills! Short drive or walk to fantastic views of the city. Clean home with nicely appointed furniture, kitchen and cooking supplies!

Disappointing and misrepresented

We had several issues with this property, most of which were not resolved for us. Upon arrival, the 4-digit door code provided did not work. We had to spend 20 minutes outside the property trying to gain access. Finally we were told of the spare key in a lockbox on the property which worked. We entered into a property that was not clean. Disgusting sticky kitchen floor, cobwebs, dirty toilets and general dust. House had not been used in some time. The patio which was promised in the listing was filthy with leaves and dirt. No cushions or umbrella was provided for use on the Memorial Day weekend. Completely unacceptable. The location of this property is poor. There are many dilapidated and uninhabited homes literally right next door. The townhome pictured is the only decent property on the street and we did not feel safe. The write up promises 10 min walks to various points of interest yet fails to mention the hills in this area. The average person may not be able to walk these hills as the write up suggests. Do your homework and research the area. Last, we were promised washer/dryer and cable TV per the amenities list when I booked. None were at the house. We were simply told these amenities were not available and were made to believe it was a mistake. I do Not recommend this property. We had a terrible experience.
