Upstairs, you’ll discover the first bedroom, a serene retreat featuring a king-sized bed with a plush memory foam mattress. Storage is plentiful, with a spacious closet and dresser to keep your belongings organized. The en suite bathroom elevates your experience, offering a stylish vanity with a large mirror, a luxurious showerhead, and a relaxing tub—complete with all the essentials for your comfort.

Bedroom 2:
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A big wall-mounted smart TV is positioned directly across from the bed, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows. There’s plenty of storage with a spacious closet and dresser, plus a desk if you need to get some work or study done. The en suite bathroom offers a sleek standing shower with a premium showerhead, dual vanity sinks with mirrors, and all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Step outside from the second bedroom to your own private deck, where you can unwind and enjoy the sun.

Deck:

Things to note:

Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $25 per pet/per stay.

Washer/Dryer: Guests have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge, making laundry a hassle-free part of your stay.

Stairs:
Please note, this apartment is only accessible by stairs—guests must climb two full flights to enter, as there is no elevator in the building. Inside the apartment, you’ll also need to climb one set of stairs to reach the bedrooms and another set to access the rooftop deck.
▪️QUIET HOURS: (10PM - 8AM) - Guests must be respectful of other tenants/ guests in the building during your stay. High noise levels will disturb other tenants in the building, so you must make sure to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. This includes TV volume, music, and voice levels. Please remember that this is their home! If a guest receives a noise complaint (Either from the host or another tenant directly), but disregards the complaint and continues to disturb other tenants, there will be a $200 fine per disturbance.
⭐️All I ask is that you are respectful to the other guests and tenants and there will be no issues or fines!

▪️NO PARTIES - The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000.

▪️NO SMOKING - Under no circumstances are you allowed to smoke in this apartment, which includes the common area of the apartment complex. There will be a $500 fine if anyone smokes in the apartment or apartment complex during a reservation.

▪️NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS - All guests staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation during your stay. If an outside guest is staying in the apartment during your stay, they will be asked to leave. An outside guest is anyone who is not included on your reservation for your stay. There will be a fine of $25 per outside guest in the apartment or apartment complex during your stay.

▪️NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Guests are not allowed to conduct any illegal activities in the apartment or in the apartment complex during their stay. If a guest violates this, they will be asked to leave with no refund.

▪️If a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in Pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process. This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties.

▪️ We reserve the right to request a copy of government-issued photo ID from any guest at any time prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to help verify reservations, prevent unauthorized guests or parties, and protect our properties. Failure to provide ID when requested may result in cancellation.

▪️11AM CHECK-OUT - If a guest checks out late without permission, it can really mess up our cleaning schedules and impact future guests. Please reach out if you need a late check out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate, we'll always do our best if we're able to.

▪️4PM CHECK-IN - If you need an earlier check in, feel free to ask! We'll always do our best to accommodate, however, it's subject to our cleaning schedules for the day and we can't guarantee it.
