The 3 bedrooms 2 full baths home nestled in a quiet place and safe neighborhood. New & updated house. The whole house can sleep 9 people. High quality cotton bedding, cozy mattress are new from furniture store Levin.

LIVING ROOM: NEW 60-inch LG smart TV, 2 cozy big sofas.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you will need to cook for a short or long stay.

1-car garage and a very level driveway. FREE 3 cars off-street parking.

300 mbps speed of internet made sure you have good enough internet for working remote.

Adorable house tucked in a safe comfortable community, & reliable neighborhood, many neighbors work for city government of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh city firefighters,& officers, Pittsburgh city policemen live in this community; the house nestled in a very quiet area, you will see the 🦌 🦌 deers content walking to the front yard, back yard, around this area every day.

Close proximity to Green Tree, shopping, stores, restaurants, bars, bus stop, Westwood Park, Green Tree Park, fitness around the house.
Short drive to Carnegie, Robinson where there are plenty of food options.

This cozy, private, quiet home is located in the Banksville/Westwood community: One best community of the city of Pittsburgh.

The washer & dryer are in the downstairs. The garage is off the basement. If you are in the garage going into the basement to the main floor, you need through the steps go to the main floor to enter.

Guests access entire house. The master bedroom, second bedroom, main bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, & The third bedroom, second bathroom, basement, & the garage, patio, back yard, front yard .

House Rules:
-NO PARTIES or EVENTS of any kind allowed in this house!!
If we must ask you to leave for a party or event, you will be fined $1,000 or more!
-QUIET HOURS: 9PM- 7 AM
-NO SMOKING inside the house.
-NO PETS.
-NO FOOD OR DRINK in the bedroom!
-Please REMOVE your shoes
BEFORE ENTRY.
-Please turn off all the lights, the fans and the TVs before departure.

Great location for our needs. We attend a Steelers game each year. This property is 15 mins from the stadium area. The home is clean. It served us well.
