“To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation.
This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here.
It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. I had my husband pick me up after a couple hours. I was still charged. But I needed to leave. It is very basic and you may...

“I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t.”

“They tried to charge me again for the rooms that I had paid for 6 months earlier. Had to show the my paid bill and also my bank statement. I was not happy. I was checking in a little early. The fee was $25.00 After all the hassle over the bill We got in the room at 2:55 and they still charged me the fee and will not credit back to me.”

Everyone are very nice to you .
The hotel is nice and clean!!
The breakfast is very yummy .
The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel .
Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min .

“Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving.”
