Stayed for a week. Was a great stay! New place so it was extremely clean. The staff was super friendly to us! Just wish they had a blow dryer.. but you can always pack your own. We will definitely stay here again!!

Bed pillows were low quality, cheap ! Rather noisy as you had to slam your entrance door for it to lock and that seemed to be a common problem as I heard doors slamming all night long. The setup is more extended stay not a hotel. The "hotel" was clean and for the most part well maintained both interior and exterior and appears to be a recent build

The hotel is pretty new so it is spotless inside. There are not a lot of extras but seeing that I stay there for work I appreciate the price over the extra details. Will continue to come back to this location.

The hotel being new was very clean, with everything in great condition. My only feedback would be to do something about the bed frames as there seemed to be some loose components that the mattress was sitting on that made the bed feel a bit like it was not set-up correctly (double queen room #225). Other than that, everything else was great.

Absolutely horrible experience! Booked (2) rooms month or so ago prior to needing it only to get to property to be told I was “relocated” to a different hotel with no knowledge of where we were to stay. Had no option but to pay almost double what I was originally to pay at a different hotel, and we all had to cram into one room. 0/10 star for this horrible experience!

Staff were very helpful both at my late night check in, and also during a midday issue with the door lock on my room. The door lock required some elbow grease and seemed some other guests had the same issue with their doors. I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pots which maybe i needed to ask for, but didn't use anyway. Overall, I would recommend the hotel though as it was clean, Staff were very helpful and friendly, and it's in a great location near shopping and food.

Booked King room thru Expedia, was given a 2 queen.The hotel said the only king room on the property was booked for next 3 yrs.Also, there was constant noise from floor above from 2 AM till 6 AM.At times sounded like a basketball game in the room above,furniture dragging around.Was offered a possible discount but haven't heard back.

Room was excellent, staff at front desk was to but one thing was missing in the room we got, with two of us in the room we had bath wash cloths and drying towels but. No towel to dry our hands after going to the bathroom and using it, had paper towels in our vehicle and went and got them to use.

Very clean. Brand new when I stayed there. Absolutely loved the flooring (no rugs - very sanitary). It is very important to note there is no soap provided. If I hadn’t traveled with my own that would have left me soapless after using the restroom in my hotel room. I might have missed this in the room description. That’s on me if I did. But it is a trade off I was good with for the price and the cleanliness. Loved the full-size fridge and kitchen area and large bathroom. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. Price was great.

Property is new. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant, though some didn’t have answers to questions. Bed and pillows were very comfortable Be prepared…yes, there is a compact kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. BUT there are absolutely NO kitchen wares. Nor is there a hairdryer, iron, bathroom soaps….

Brand new hotel and looks new too. The hotel was hard to find since the GPS didn’t recognize the road but the staffing checking in was super friendly and helpful. My room was dirty and had a ton of black hair in the sheets. My feet were literally dark after walking around barefoot. What looked like possible rodent poop near the pantry. I ran into the maintenance guy in the morning and he said he only works here a couple days a week because weird stuff happens here. Lol what? Anyways it was fine for what it is, but I wouldn’t stay for more than a night. I probably wouldn’t stay here again period but it was the cheapest option by far.

Hotel was pretty good. No breakfast which I knew already. Coffee in lobby which was good. But no coffee maker in the room. In fact, the room came with a fridge, microwave and stovetop but there was absolutely nothing to cook or eat on. No pots, dishes or even cups. So not sure how you would use the kitchenette unless you brought your own. Room was clean at first glance but I dropped something under the chair and wow the dust bunnies! Then I started noticing under the desk and in cracks lots of dust. For the price (which was great) I might stay again but do a closer inspection and ask for reclean if necessary. The front desk closes (actual gate comes down) from 10pm-9am. But the security around hotel is good, double locked doors that you need your key for. The location is great, convenient to stores, the outlets and restaurants/fast food and close to highway.

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with this hotel was very poor. I spent close to $150 for a one night stay. I was not able to check in until 2 hours after check in because the rooms still needed to be clean, which was totally fine. Once I finally got my room I noticed the door to the room does not latch and can be pushed right open without a key. The door was missing part of the metal frame for it to latch or dead bolt. I spoke to the front desk about this and they told me there’s no other rooms and that they’ll just keep an eye out and try to make sure no one breaks into my room while I’m sleeping. I was obviously very uncomfortable with this being a single woman traveling alone. I contacted Expedia and the hotel refused to refund me or provide any accommodations. Expedia thankfully helped me rebook but this hotel was very frustrating to deal with as they knew this was an issue previously but are still continuing to rent out the room and refusing refunds and accommodations for a very clear safety hazard.

While this is a brand new hotel there are a lot of kinks to be worked out. First, I booked a king and none were available so they gave me two queens. Then the hotel has a full kitchen, two burners large fridge kitchen sink, but they have NO dishes or cookware, they try to SELL you a $30 pack with one dish one cup one mug, etc. and there’s a cookware set for sale but I don’t recall what’s included or the price. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’d buy dishes and stuff to cook with when there is a kitchen. The bed was comfy but Temu version sheets with no comforter. Lastly, I was told someone on staff thought I wanted to check out given my complaints and they booked my room. They were able to make arrangements for me to stay but not a pleasant call on the room phone at 10PM. Staff were nice and did what they could but the kinks are certainly being worked out still! It’s cheap and clean for sure, no issues with cleanliness.

Our room was not cleaned upon arrival at 8:30pm and we had toddlers ready for bed. They were booked but after some serious conversation they gave us someone else's room while they called housekeeping in to clean our original room. The next morning at 8am we went to get 2 towels because only 2 were in the room for 4 adults, the desk didn't open til 9am. Then went to have some cereal and there are no kitchen supplies at all: no utensils, plates, cups, bowls or cookware. What's the point of staying in an extended stay if we have to go buy all that? And just another FYI, housekeeping only comes in every 14 days!
