“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly.”

“It was a nice room with a beautiful location, and the pools were well maintained. However, the front desk was repeatedly grumpy whenever we had a question. Even saying good morning was met with an indifferent tone. For example, the washer didn't work (rinse cycle didn't work) and when I reported it in order to help the next person who would use it, they didn't seem interested and were put off. Additionally, the keys consistently didn't work until after several times, and whenever we tried to...

“Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!”

“Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.”
