“The room was very clean and modern. The bed was nice but a little springy. They also had soaps in the shower and at the sink which was helpful. Breakfast was free and it was easy to get in the morning. ”

“Absolutely loved my stay, and Shelby was an incredible host that communicated well, and provided a safe and private refuge where I could truly enjoy every moment. Also so close to shopping, restaurants and the Erie Canal. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The room was great - spacious and clean!
There were always parking spots available.
The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety.
They also have a free 24/7 coffee station (sadly 2 of the coffee pots and the hot chocolate was missing upon check-out. Not sure if this is planned or was just a coincidence).
My daughter got sick twice while in bed! We had to ask for clean sheets a couple of times and the staff were happy to help!
The staff were wonderful overall!
