“Amazing one night stay for a concert!”

“This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again.”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“The stay was good up until we went to eat breakfast. One of the staff members serving was so rude ( Caucasian with a nose hook ). First she was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother so I moved the eggs towards the front of the tray as I couldn’t reach it with the serving utensil. She yells at me and says, “you could’ve ask me to move it, don’t touch”. I left it alone and kept moving. Then I wanted sausages and the same thing happens except the she slam the tray after I asked to move the...

“Great view of the mountains from the parking lot. Fair breakfast but the check in lady was quick and the guest were friendly”
