“The property looks like advertised and it was generally clean and really nice to stay for a week. The views and the pool are fantastic and the house setup is nice. Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. “The house provides a large number of bedrooms spread over 3 floors. It was an excellent set up for our family. One couple and child on the first floor, two large bedrooms and bathroom. My wife and I on the middle floor with one Bedroom while my son's family were in the 3 large bedrooms on the upper floor. The pool was wonderful for the kids and adults and cared for twice a week. “We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sirmione with a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children aged 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exceptionally well appointed. We especially appreciated the chef’s kitchen, multiple air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites, and the convenience of a laundry.The large outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together, and the shared facilities were a huge bonus. “PROS: This is a beautiful home and property. The yard is huge and I imagine it would have been lovely to spend time outside (it was rainy while we were there.) The house comfortably hosted 2 families (one with 2 kids, one with 1) with a set up of a bathroom per 2 bedrooms, which worked nicely. “We had a great time at this vacation rental. It was easy to get to and visit many of the beautiful villages in Lago di Garda (Lazise, Sirmione, Bordalino, Salo). Also easy to visit Verona from here and we hired a boat one day to drive us around and swim in the lake. The house itself is quite large, with big bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. “Das Haus ist gross und hat einen schönen Garten. Leider sind keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, dass würde die Spinnen und Mücken, von denen es doch viele hat, abhalten. Am Gas Herd gingen auch nicht alle Flammen. Die Kaffeemaschine ging gar nicht, leider. Die Agentur musste nochmals die Putzcrew schicken, da nicht richtig gereinigt war.
