Per 290 euro!!!, il minimo trovato in zona, ci siamo ritrovati una stanza con le formiche nel bagno, il condizionatore inutilizzabile perché stra rumoroso, e per finire un insetto morto nel frigo. La colazione abbiamo dovuto portarcela in camera perché per appoggiarsi c erano...

“Wonderful stay at Staybridge. The staff are very accommodating and generous. The rooms are renovated, clean and come with great amenities. Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Underground parking was a great plus and we felt our vehicle was safe. Will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended. ”

"Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera.
La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente.
Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati.
Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto
non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta è stata, vengono rifatte ogni due giorni oppure è necessaria espressa richiesta del cliente."

"clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport.
I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed.
I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do anything, neither a refund of the service I paid for and which I didn't use, nor a room change.
I wrote an email to the management and am still waiting for a response.
