Cosy chalet located in Vosges

Lovely wooden chalet is perfect for family or friends holidays.

At only 20 min drive from "lac Blac" staion and 15 min from Gerardmer centre, it's calm will allow you to enjoy activities in Vosges (lake, trekking, mountain bike, skiing...) within 30 minutes you reach Alsace (Alsace wine road, Christmas markets...).

It is fully equiped (Wifi, dish washer, washing machine...) and garage for 2 cars and storage room for skis or bike.

In winter, car must be equiped with snow tires or chains
The space
This chalet can welcome up to 6 persons.

At ground floor, dining /living room with 2 sofas, table and wood stove, with access to the big terrace and its garden . Fully equiped kitchen (dishe washer, fridge, oven...) allows to share meal. At the same floor bathroom with shower and separated toilets.

At the first floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 room including a double bed 160x200 and second room with bunck bed (2 beds) and 2 single bed (baby bed on demand).

You will have access to the double garage and a shelder for skis or bikes storage...

The chalet is heated with electricity.
Wood stove is available.

It is a non smoking chalet

Extra charges:
Electricity: 0,18€ /KWatt used.
House cleaning: 60€ (but chalet must be left in acceptable cleaning conditions) to be paid at arrival.
Dogs are welcome (extra charge of 20€)

If required when booking, possibility to have linens provided. It includes bed sheets and towels (15€ /person)
