“Staying extended time i wouldn't choose this location 1. No breakfast 2. Coffee is bad 3. Cleaning staff isn't cleaning properly ”

“Hotel was very nice, clean well kept and the personnel were very good! Buffet breakfast was very good as well but a continental breakfast should have been included. ”

“I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location. ”

“The front desk clerk was super sweet. The room was so dirty that I had to wear my shoes to go to the bathroom because my feet stuck to the floor. ”

“Había un olor desagradable, supongo que era la alfombra. Reservé dos noches, pero no pude dormir la segunda noche, preferí irme. Si no te importan los malos olores, puedes quedarte ahí. Ya que es súper barato y estaba medianamente limpio. El personas, son árabes y no es que sean tan amigables. Pero tampoco pedantes. Solo personas trabajando normal. Per eso si, no volvería a reservar ahí 😬”

“The staff was very professional and accommodating however the hotel itself was terrifying. Unfortunately i hate to have to say due to the kind staff and i also love the nola location. This one just needs a complete do over and itll be better. Halls smelled like ass and rooms were pretty run down inside however its bittersweet because they are huge in size fir the rooms. Just need to remodel and clean the funk smell out and also everything was out of order from elevators to the laundry room....

“Staff is adequate. Upon arrival to our room, we find the tv broken. The fridge was frozen over and would not close properly. The facility could use a deep clean, but the room served its purpose for a night. ”
