“Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. ”

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away ”

“I think home size was accomodating for my family with the three bedrooms and 1 barh as indicated on the site. Access to the home was easy and there was adequate parking for our 3 cars. But..... 1. The air condition wasn't working properly. It was hot. It was set for 50 degrees but felt like 79. I contacted the host immediately as she instructed and have yet to hear from her. I went to the store to purchase 2 fans so my family could receive some relief from the heat. 2. There we two trash bins...
