“When we arrived the room was clean but our fridge freezer was completely filled with frost.
The air conditioner was not very cool.
Housekeeping attended to our bathroom but not the rest of the room throughout the duration of our stay.
Parking was very nice. We did use the indoor swimming pool which was good.”

“Overall, everything was lovely, but the breakfast was more "grab and go" than a sit-down buffet-type.
If you have mobility issues -- the toilet-height was more child-height.
If you need a taller commode, ask for accessibility room.
We were there overnight, so I didn't bring my elevated seat.
These were are only "bad" comments.
We stayed there overnight on the way to St. Augustine and back home again.
Very clean, smelled clean and fresh, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi was good, staff very nice. ...

“We were on first floor, handicap accessible room. Carpet was heavily deteriorated/torn where it stops at the bathroom. Our non-smoking room smelled like 63 years of nonstop chainsmoking as soon as we entered. Pillows felt like they had 4 feathers inside them.... each (i mean... at least they were soft i suppose). They provided 4 pillows... and we appreciated all 16 feathers during our stay.
Wifi access did not work for us during our stay. The toilet wobled "to-and-fro" and someone thought it...
