“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene. ”

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

“We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at the lodge. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The views were magnificent. The hospitality, decor, landscape, and the food are intentionally conscientious.”

“The tree houses are set on a beautiful property. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the coffee in the mornings from our balcony and the night walks. ”

“We loved our stay here so much! The property is gorgeous and the bungalows feel very private and unique. The staff is incredible helpful and took us to our bungalow to walk us through the amenities. It is worth noting the location is very remote. If you do not have a car, the hotel was very helpful arranging taxis. The final road to get to the property is a very bumpy road so we didn’t want to leave more than we had too. We wish we had an extra day we could’ve spent to just enjoy the property...

“The thermal pools were not maintained well at all, and I felt like they were pretty dirty with dead leaves on them and it seemed like they were not very clean. The property also seemed extremely outdated for the amount they charged us. I honestly don’t think it was worth it specially given the room in the washrooms it was giving hotel from the 1970s.”

“This hotel is absolutely beautiful, worth every penny. The location is conveniently located right outside downtown. There is so much wildlife on the property. And they offer a free breakfast buffet, which tastes great and they offer a variety of foods. I would definitely come back to this property. A plus point is that they have a heated pool which is great in the off season .”
