“Ottimamente posizionato in centro citta sulla principale via del passeggio, dello shopping e della ristorazione. Ampio parcheggio auto sotterraneo, convenzionato a € 5,00 al giorno con possibilità di entrare ed uscire anche più volte al giorno. Accoglienza molto cortese anche se siamo arrivati un po' in ritardo, sistemazione in camera spaziosa e veramente ottimo buffet al mattino per colazione.”

“The language barrier was definitely an issue. We were greeted in the street by the off-site host who was upset that we were planning to check out early even though we said we were paying for the extra night and despite the fact that we had emailed June 22nd that we had to shorten our stay. This is not a typical B & B. It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchenette on the same floor as 2 private apartments in a multi-story building above the pedestrian area. No blow dryer or iron is provided....

“This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. There is also a nice sunny balcony with a beautiful view.Looking up into the hills towards Catanzaro It is located near a busy roundabout and is convenient to the road to get into Catanzaro. There is a pharmacy in walking...

“L alloggio è nuovo e messo bene ma ci sono alcune note che vorrei fare: la colazione prevede degli yogurt e cornetti confezionati quindi non freschi e senza la data di scadenza.Il frigo è piccolo e non sufficiente per il fabbisogno di tutti. A riguardo del condizionatore in camera da letto a mio parere andrebbero puliti i filtri poichè,dopo l accensione,emana un cattivo odore di polvere e si crea un aria irresponsabile. ”

“Modern B&B in a converted apartment building. A little difficult to find (other guests staying also had the same problem) as it shows the back entrance on Google maps. Plenty of free, secure parking available once inside. Make sure to notify the property when you are arriving as it is not staffed all the time. Lovely host though. Property is out of town but not a problem if you have a car.”
