“Location was excellent, and the property was clean and looked lovely. Communication wasn’t great, the booking states check out is noon (12) yet we had staff banging on the door at 11 asking us when we would be leaving, apparently they changed check out time after covid… well I’m not a mind reader? The room looked great however the large rug was a major slip hazard as the Velcro underneath has lost its stick, at least one of us went flying every day, and the wooden floors meant we were kept up...

“Rooms were beautiful and clean and updated. It was in a great location, walking distance to beaches and right in the center of town. We booked the room on the top floor so we had a stunning view and large patio. I didn’t really like that our patio had public access to anyone staying in the hotel, especially since the one wall facing the patio was made completely of glass. We were always worried about privacy. It also was not very clear that there would be no elevator, so we had to take two...

We loved waking up and watching the sun rise over the Venetian harbour which you can see from the balcony window. Highly recommend and would stay again! L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato era molto carino, spazioso e con una cucina accessoriata di tutto ciò che può essere necessario per realizzare dei pasti a casa. La pulizia generale era buona ma andrebbe curata un pochino di più, soprattutto in bagno. Piccole migliorie sono sempre possibili! “A lovely apartment which was cleaned daily. Delightful location so close to the beach. The road is busy, however as the bedrooms are at the back, the traffic noise doesn't interrupt sleep. Chania old town is so pretty, a bus ride away, number 21. Throumbi restaurant a must. Would recommend, this is our second visit. Thank you.”
