Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. “ On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning. No enough toilet paper in the room. The cleaning stuff dont take out rubbish bins.”
