“Staff was great. Had an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia, even with our confirmation number in hand, we still had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. This issue took more of our valuable time and caused us to be delayed to our next destination. Not the Hotel's fault, they were great, the problem was on Expedia's end.”
