“Everything was as it should be clean quiet safe convenient and comfortable beds!! My complaint with every hotel is that they never have enough hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff however this hotel had a little shelf with 3 hooks underneath which was an improvement to my usual experiences.”

“While otherwise everything was excellent, I have to strongly downgrade the place for the following reason. This is a concierge-less fully automated property. We got there exactly at 4, and the front door did not open w the provided pin. After trying several times, my wife discovered that an additional button had to be pushed, while I was on the phone unsuccessfully trying to get somebody on the provided phone number. This button was not disclosed in the instructions. That took 10 minutes....
